Authority Plus is designed to limit access to information reasonably necessary to operate the configured workflow.

We do not intend the WordPress integration to provide unrestricted access to all information stored on a customer’s website.

Authority Plus is an editorial assistance tool. Customers remain responsible for reviewing content and determining whether it is appropriate to publish through their websites.

The Website may provide an automated chat or AI assistant that allows visitors to ask questions about Authority Plus and Digital Interactive.

If you use this feature, we may collect and process:

As part of providing Authority Plus, we may review publicly available information regarding a customer’s organization, website, industry, products, services, or market.

We may also process information supplied directly by the customer to provide context for generated content.

Authority Plus may use publicly available online sources when developing timely topics, research direction, or draft articles.

The handling of personal information obtained through those activities remains subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

19. Data Submitted by Customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide information to Authority Plus.

You should not submit information to the Services that:

  • Violates confidentiality obligations
